The company is owned and operated by Jean and Lou Redknap, who have worked hard to build up a reputation for quality of work, reliability and integrity. Unlike the other cleaning companies, we are not a franchise.
Our Cleaners are responsbile and trustworthy undergoing a stringent reference checks, training and a police check before being allowed into your property/home. We offer a complete satisfaction guarantee, so if the cleaning does not meet your standards for any reasons we will come back and rectify the situation until you are satisfied. We also will locate a replacement if your cleaner is unsuitable or organise a cover if your cleaner is absent for any reason.
We can use environmentally friendly products when requested, and we also can supply a wide range of consumable products; toilet paper, soap, shower gel, rubbish bags, rubbish liners

Terms of Trade
The terms of trade for InsideOut Cleaning are as follows:
One off cleaning
Spring/Builder/One off cleans are payable on completion of the job, a tax invoice/receipt will be either posted or emailed to you in the following 1-2 working days.
Regular domestic cleaning
A invoice/statement will be produced on the last day of the month and payment is due approx 10 days later on the 10th of the following month.
Commerical cleaning
A invoice/statement will be produced on the last day of the month and payment is due approx 20 days later on the 20th of the following month.
If you have any problems with your cleaning or invoicing you need to bring it to the attention before the invoice is due for payment. An additional 10% administration cost or debt collection charges may be charged if the above terms are not complied with.
