Meticulous Cleaners
InsideOut Specialists have been servicing businesses and residential customers on the North Shore and out West in Auckland since mid-2000. We are renowned for our quality & meticulous service. Our client’s trust us to clean when they are not home or after hours. Cleaner Responsibilities:
- Responsible for all programmed cleaning in and around residences or office buildings.
- Cleans floors and rooms. including dust mopping, damp mopping, sweeping, vacuuming, dusting, picking up larger objects off the floor, and spot cleaning glass and windows.
- Cleans restrooms, including restocking dispensers, emptying trash, cleaning and sanitising fixtures, cleaning mirrors, spot cleaning partition doors and walls, sweeping and mopping tile floors, and cleaning toilets and urinals.
- Vacuums, empties trash, and replaces liners.
- Sets up, stocks, and maintains cleaning equipment and supplies in your cleaning kit.
- Monitor and maintain sanitation and organisation of assigned areas.
- Assists other areas of the business that full within your skillset when needed to ensure optimum teamwork.
Cleaner Qualifications / Skills:
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities
- Highly responsible & reliable
- Ability to work cohesively as part of a team
- Takes pride in their work & the client’s security (ie locking up when finished). Rechecks their work before leaving premises
Experience, and Licensing Requirements:
- Previous cleaning experience required
- Valid & clean driver’s licence
- Can do & team spirited attitude
